Deliveries will generally be made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Deliveries will be made within 1 to 10 working days dependent upon weight and service requested (see Mainland Online Delivery Charges below) from receipt of your paid order subject to availability.

Your order may be dispatched from multiple locations and therefore arrive as separate deliveries. Delivery will be made to the address specified on your order.

We will make contact with you to advise your order has been shipped by email; we will endeavour to deliver the next working day. However we cannot guarantee delivery dates and times as these may be affected by circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to contact you if we are forewarned of delays.

For this reason we are unable to accept responsibility for lost working time and recommend goods are ordered well in advance of any project start dates.

If we don’t have the whole of your order in stock, we may have to deliver by partial shipment. In case of a partial shipment the shipping fees will of course only be charged once.

Returns & Cancellation

Hopefully you won’t need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

Under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee you can cancel your order and return unwanted goods for a refund. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include a copy of your invoice and a completed returns form.

Faulty Goods

If you purchased the item less than 30 days ago you can return it under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Please make sure that you return all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include your invoice and a completed returns form. If the item has already been installed, call us on 01246 220070 for further advice.

If you purchased the item more than 30 days ago our aim is to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair or where this is not possible we may replace the item with the same or an equivalent model.
